Routine Spark Privacy Policy

Effective date: 12 October 2026

Routine Spark, formerly FocusFlow, is a daily routine app provided by Zarko Bucic. This policy covers the production Android app with package name com.avensora.routinespark.

Your app data

You can save routines, task names and times, task checks, goals, personal rules, quotes, daily notes, and settings. Routine Spark uses this data to show your schedule, progress, streaks, and reminders.

This data stays in app storage on your phone. The production app does not send it to the developer or to an app server. It has no account, ads, analytics, or app cloud sync. It does not sell your app data.

Reminders and phone access

Reminders are optional. Android can ask for notification and exact-alarm access. Routine Spark uses this access for the task times that you choose. It reads the phone time zone so it can schedule reminders at the correct local time. It can restore scheduled reminders after the phone restarts.

The app still works when reminder access is off. You can turn reminders off in the app settings. You can also remove access in Android settings.

Routine Spark does not request camera, microphone, contacts, location, SMS, or call-log access. Its Android package includes Internet permission for a feedback tool in separate test builds. The production app disables that tool.

Storage and security

Data is held in the app's private storage area. Android controls access to this area. Routine Spark does not add its own password or a separate app encryption layer. Protect your phone with its screen lock and keep its software up to date.

Android backups

Android may back up or transfer app data under your phone and Google account settings. Routine Spark does not run its own cloud backup service. A system backup may restore data when you install the app again. Check your Android backup settings to control these backups.

How long data stays and how to remove it

App data stays on your phone until you remove it. To remove local Routine Spark data, open Android settings, open Routine Spark's app information, and clear its storage. You can also remove the app. These actions do not by themselves remove copies in an Android system backup. Use the system backup controls for those copies.

This version has no app data export tool. The developer does not receive your local app data and cannot access, change, or delete it remotely.

If you contact us

If you email support, the developer receives your email address and the content that you choose to send. The developer uses them to answer your request. Support messages are kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and meet applicable legal duties. Email service providers process those messages to deliver and store them.

You can use the contact address above to ask about your personal data or request its correction or deletion where applicable. Please do not send sensitive information that is not needed for your request.

Separate test and development builds

A separate test or development build may offer a feedback tool. If you choose to use it, the tool can send your selected screenshot and comment through a feedback service to a support issue tracker. Review what you send and remove private information first. The production build covered by this policy does not offer this tool.
